Show other members' banners, earn credit, and spend that credit having your own banners shown elsewhere. No money changes hands. You choose which categories you are willing to display, so nothing runs on your pages that you haven't accepted.
Two ways to fill your inventory
Every site on vieworo belongs to an ad group, and each group works one of two ways.
Cash
Run your own campaign on your own inventory. Cash groups serve their own creatives, so there's no category negotiation. This option is perfect for placing sponsors on your site and providing them detailed analytics to show your reach.
What you get
Human review
Every banner is approved by a person before it can serve. New creative starts out invisible and stays that way until someone has looked at it.
Category control
Pick the categories you'll accept. Banners outside your list are never eligible for your pages, so you decide the company your content keeps.
Impression & click reporting
Every impression and every click is recorded against the placement that produced it, with the location label you set in the snippet.
Multiple sizes per page
Run a sidebar unit and a leaderboard on the same page. Each slot is addressed independently, so one page can carry as many as it needs.
Fails quietly
If the network is slow or unreachable, the snippet draws a neutral placeholder at the right size instead of collapsing your layout or throwing errors into your console.
No lock-in
Delete the snippet and you're out. No contract, no minimum term, and no penalty for pausing while you redesign.
Trust & safety
An exchange only works if the traffic is real. Ours is defended on several fronts.
Signed click tokens
Click URLs carry a signed, single-use token tied to the impression that produced them. A click that never had a matching impression is discarded rather than credited.
Rate limiting
Requests are throttled per source so a script cannot manufacture impressions or clicks at volume.
Approval gate
Creative cannot reach a live page until a human approves it, and a banner whose image has been removed stops serving immediately.
Fixed destinations
A banner's destination is set by the advertiser and approved in advance. The click endpoint will only ever send a visitor to that stored address.

The id is your account number and the banner size joined by a hyphen, and the
third argument is a label of your choosing — it shows up in your reports so you can tell
a sidebar placement from a footer one.
